Child Safety Standards

Boom is an AI coaching platform for Instagram creators and a marketplace connecting creators with brands. The Services are intended only for users aged 16 and older (or the age of digital consent in their country, if higher). Regardless of the age of our users, we are committed to preventing, detecting, and responding to any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation on or through our Services.

Boom strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating, uploading, publishing, scheduling, storing, or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, drawings, and AI-generated or computer-generated imagery depicting a minor in a sexual manner.
• Grooming, meaning any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
• Sextortion, meaning threatening or coercing a minor into producing sexual content or providing money or favors.
• Trafficking or advertising a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sexualizing minors in any content, including captions, messages, collaboration requests, or content ideas.
• Using the AI coach to request, generate, or discuss content that sexualizes minors.
• Soliciting minors through brand collaboration requests or any other messaging feature.

Age requirement. Creator accounts require an Instagram professional account and are restricted to users meeting our minimum age requirement.

AI safety and moderation. All AI coach conversations pass through automated moderation checks and guardrails that block content related to the sexual exploitation of minors.

Media and message review. Media uploaded to Boom, captions drafted in the app, and brand-to-creator messages pass through automated moderation checks, and reported content is reviewed by our safety team.

Account enforcement. We review reports promptly and act on any account involved in CSAE.

You can report concerns directly within the App without leaving it: Settings → Help & Support → Report a problem. You can also report any user, content, or message related to child safety by email at dzianis@senseapp.ai.

Reports related to child safety are prioritized and reviewed as quickly as possible. We do not disclose the identity of the reporter to the reported user.

If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.

When we become aware of CSAM or CSAE on our Services, we will:

• Remove the content and prevent it from being published to Instagram through Boom.
• Suspend or permanently terminate the accounts involved.
• Preserve relevant information as required by law to support investigations.
• Report the content and relevant information to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the UK National Crime Agency (NCA), and cooperate with law enforcement as required by applicable law.

Because Boom publishes content to Instagram, we may also notify Meta about accounts involved in CSAE.

Boom complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including those of the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the other jurisdictions in which we operate.
